El Masma er en flod i provinsen Lugo i Galicien, der munder ud i Cantabriske Hav og danner bugten ved Foz. Den udspringer ved O Cadramón i kommunen O Valadouro, midt i O Xistral-bjergkæden. Den løber 46 kilometer gennem kommunerne Abadín, Alfoz, Mondoñedo, Lourenzá og Barreiros, før den kommer ind i Foz, hvor den munder ud mellem strandene A Rapadoira og Altar.
