Der Masma ist ein Fluss in der Provinz Lugo, in Galicien, der in das Kantabrische Meer mündet und die Ria von Foz bildet. Er entspringt in O Cadramón, in der Gemeinde O Valadouro, im Herzen des Serra d'O Xistral. Er durchfließt 46 Kilometer und passiert die Gemeinden Abadín, Alfoz, Mondoñedo, Lourenzá und Barreiros, bevor er in Foz mündet, wo er zwischen den Stränden A Rapadoira und Altar endet.
