Basilika katedralen Santa María la Mayor[1] eller blot La Mayor, men mere kendt i Marseille som La Major, fra occitanisk) er katedralen i Marseille. Det er en imponerende bygning, unik i sin art i Frankrig, som fremkalder Østen med sin romansk-bizantinske stil. Den blev bygget, ifølge planerne fra arkitekten Léon Vaudoyer, i den anden halvdel af det 19. århundrede under en periode med stor økonomisk, social og demografisk vækst for byen. Dermed er den samtidig med store konstruktioner som Saint-Charles station, Bourse-paladset, Longchamp-paladset, Pharo-paladset og basilikaen Notre-Dame de la Garde.
