Lille Larche eller Lille Madeleine, på italiensk Colle della Maddalena, er et pas i Alperne, på grænsen mellem Frankrig og Italien. Det blev også kaldt Lille l'Argentière. Det forbinder dalen Larche, den øverste del af Ubayette, en forgrening af Ubaye-dalen i Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, med Stura di Demonte-dalen i Piemonte. Det ligger mellem 1.991 og 1.997 meter over havets overflade, mellem Chambeyron-massivet mod nordøst og Mercantour-Argentera-massivet mod sydvest. Bortset fra sjældne episoder er det åbent hele året.
