Saint-Trojan-les-Bains er en kommune i det sydvestlige Frankrig, beliggende i departementet Charente-Maritime. Dens indbyggere kaldes Saint-Trojannais og Saint-Trojannaises.
Beliggende i den sydlige del af øen Oléron, i hjertet af en stor fyrreskov, Saint-Trojan stats skov, er denne lille by med lidt mindre end 1500 indbyggere en af de vigtigste badebyer på øen og også en af de ældste. Den står direkte over for halvøen Arvert og Ronce-les-Bains, og den nyder godt af en dobbelt maritim facade, mod Atlanterhavet mod vest og mod Maumusson strædet mod øst. Stedet ved spidsen af Gatseau, som er en ægte naturlig balkon, svarer til den mest sydlige spids af øen Oléron.
