Saint-Léons er en fransk kommune i Aveyron-departementet i regionen Okzitanien med 416 indbyggere. Administrativt er den knyttet til kantonen Raspes et Lévezou og arrondissementet Millau. Indbyggerne kaldes Saint-Léonsais. Saint-Léons ligger cirka 15 kilometer nord-nordvest for Millau og cirka 36 kilometer øst-sydøst for Rodez i en af de sydlige udfaldslande af Centralmassivet i et skovrigt område. Kommunen er en del af den regionale naturpark Grands Causses. Saint-Léons er omgivet af nabokommunerne Vézins-de-Lévézou mod nord, Verrières mod øst, Saint-Beauzély mod syd samt Saint-Laurent-de-Lévézou mod vest.
