Le Bignon er en fransk kommune med 3.907 indbyggere i departementet Loire-Atlantique i regionen Pays de la Loire; den tilhører arrondissementet Nantes og kantonen Saint-Philbert-de-Grand-Lieu. Indbyggerne kaldes Bignonnais. Le Bignon ligger ca. 14 kilometer syd-sydøst for Nantes. Her i vinområdet Gros Plant du Pays Nantais produceres især Muscadet. Le Bignon er omgivet af nabokommunerne Les Sorinières mod nord, Vertou mod nord og nordøst, Saint-Fiacre-sur-Maine mod nordøst, Château-Thébaud mod øst, Montbert mod syd, Geneston mod syd og sydvest, La Chevrolière mod vest og sydvest samt Pont-Saint-Martin mod vest og nordvest.
