Quincy-le-Vicomte er en fransk kommune med 207 indbyggere i departementet Côte-d’Or i regionen Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. Den tilhører arrondissementet Montbard og den i 2005 etablerede kommunegruppe Montbardois. Indbyggerne kaldes Quincyssois.
Quincy-le-Vicomte ligger ved floden Armançon, cirka midt mellem byerne Dijon og Auxerre samt omkring ni kilometer sydvest for arrondissementshovedstaden Montbard. I nordvest grænser den lille flod Ruisseau de Bornant til departementet Yonne. Quincy-le-Vicomte er omgivet af nabokommunerne Rougemont mod nord, Buffon mod nordøst, Quincerot mod øst, Saint-Germain-lès-Senailly mod sydøst, Senailly mod syd, Fain-lès-Moutiers mod sydvest, Bierry-les-Belles-Fontaines mod vest samt Aisy-sur-Armançon mod nordvest.
