Cuffy er en fransk kommune med 1.032 indbyggere i Département Cher i regionen Centre-Val de Loire; den tilhører arrondissementet Saint-Amand-Montrond og er en del af kantonen La Guerche-sur-l’Aubois. Cuffy er den østligste kommune i Département Cher. Den ligger cirka 52 kilometer øst-sydøst for Bourges og cirka otte kilometer vest-sydvest for Nevers ved sammenløbet af Allier med Loire, som afgrænser kommunen mod øst, og ved Canal latéral à la Loire. Cuffy er omgivet af nabokommunerne Cours-les-Barres mod nord, Marzy mod øst og nordøst, Gimouille mod øst og sydøst, Apremont-sur-Allier mod syd, La Guerche-sur-l’Aubois mod vest og sydvest, Le Chautay mod vest samt Torteron mod nordvest.
