La Bastide-des-Jourdans er en fransk kommune med 1614 indbyggere i departementet Vaucluse i regionen Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. Den tilhører kantonen Pertuis i arrondissementet Apt. La Bastide-des-Jourdans ligger i den sydøstlige del af departementet Vaucluse på halvvejen mellem byerne Manosque og Pertuis. Nabokommuner er Vitrolles-en-Lubéron mod vest, Grambois mod syd og Beaumont-de-Pertuis mod sydøst. Den nordøstlige grænse dannes af kommunerne Pierrevert, Montfuron og Montjustin i departementet Alpes-de-Haute-Provence.
