Lacoste er en fransk kommune med 423 indbyggere og et areal på 10,71 km² i Département Vaucluse og regionen Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur. Landsbyen ligger cirka 40 kilometer i fugleflugt sydøst for Avignon og 60 kilometer nord for Marseille eller 40 kilometer nord for Aix-en-Provence. Den lille by Apt ligger cirka 12 kilometer i fugleflugt længere nordøst. Lacoste ligger på en bjergskrænt i en højde af ca. 320 meter over havets overflade på den nordlige kant af Luberon-bjergene. Kommunens område tilhører den regionale naturpark Luberon. I nærheden ligger de kendte turistbyer Roussillon og Gordes.
