Sanchey er en fransk kommune i departementet Vosges i regionen Grand Est. Den tilhører arrondissementet Épinal og kommuneforeningen Agglomération d’Épinal.
Det fem og et halvt kvadratkilometer store kommuneareal i Sanchey omfatter et dalafsnit af Mosel-biegnen Avière inklusive den østlige del af Bouzey-dæmningen. I sydvest stiger terrænet og når en højde af 461 meter over havets overflade ved grænsen til kommunen Renauvoid. Gennem kommunens område løber Canal des Vosges i tykkelsesposition på omkring 350 meter over havet. Den sydøstlige del af kommunearealet er en del af skovområdet Forêt de Ban d’Uxegney. De landbrugsarealer, der anvendes, er begrænset til knap 100 hektar.
