Roz-sur-Couesnon [ʁo syʁ kwɛnɔ̃] er en fransk kommune beliggende i departementet Ille-et-Vilaine i regionen Bretagne og befolket af 998 indbyggere. Couesnon strømmer ikke længere gennem kommunens område siden slutningen af det 19. århundrede, da arbejdet med opdæmning i den nordlige del af kommunen har haft som effekt at kanalisere floden mod Mont Saint-Michel. Kommunens navn har bevaret sit tillægsord -sur-Couesnon, på trods af omdirigeringen af vandløbet. Faktisk strømmede Couesnon engang meget længere vest for Mont-Saint-Michel, i sumpe hvor den historiske grænse for Bretagne stadig ligger i dag.
