Morbier ) er en kommune i Jura-departementet i Bourgogne-Franche-Comté-regionen i det østlige Frankrig. I 2019 havde den en befolkning på 2.263. Fra 1680 til 1920 var Morbier, sammen med Morez, centrum for Comtoise-urproduktion. Det gav sit navn til Morbier-osten, som produceres i et større område i Jura-bjergene. Det er en del af Haut-Jura Regional Natural Park.
