Saint-Nazaire er en kommune og havneby med 71.394 indbyggere ved Loireudmundingen i Frankrig. Den tilhører départementet Loire-Atlantique i regionen Pays de la Loire og er sæde for en underpræfektur. Byens navn kan spores tilbage til den hellige Nazarius. Byen ligger cirka 50 km fra Nantes ved den nordlige bred af Loireens tragtudmunding i Atlanterhavet. Med Pointe de Chémoulin danner det sydvestligste punkt af kommunens område grænsen mellem flodudmundingen og havet. Umiddelbart nord for byen ligger den regionale naturpark La Brière.
