Palais-Royal er et tidligere kongeligt palads beliggende i det 1. arrondissement i Paris, Frankrig. Den skærmede indgangsplads vender mod Place du Palais-Royal, overfor Louvre. Oprindeligt kaldet Palais-Cardinal, blev det bygget for kardinal Richelieu fra omkring 1633 til 1639 af arkitekten Jacques Lemercier. Richelieu testamenterede det til Louis XIII, og Louis XIV gav det til sin yngre bror, hertugen af Orléans. Da de efterfølgende hertuger af Orléans har foretaget så omfattende ændringer gennem årene, er der næsten intet tilbage af Lemerciers oprindelige design.
