Athis-de-l'Orne er en by og tidligere kommune i det franske departement Orne i regionen Normandiet og har 2421 indbyggere, som kaldes Athisiens. Byen indgår i arrondissementet Argentan.
Den 1. januar 2016 fusionerede kommunerne Athis-de-l’Orne, Bréel, La Carneille, Notre-Dame-du-Rocher, Ronfeugerai, Ségrie-Fontaine, Taillebois og Les Tourailles til den nye kommune Athis-Val de Rouvre, hvor Athis-de-l'Orne blev hovedby.
