Westkappel er en kommune i den franske Vesthoek, i det franske Norddepartement. Kommunen ligger i Fransk Flandern i regionen Houtland. Westkappel grænser op til følgende kommuner: Warrem, Rekspoede, Bambeke, Wormhout, Wilder og Kwaadieper. Kommunen har over 500 indbyggere. I 1045 blev navnet "Arnouts Capple" nævnt for Westkappel i et dokument. I 1406 var Westkappel ejendom af Robert de Cappel, kammerherre for hertugen af Burgund.
