Vitry-en-Artois er en kommune i Pas-de-Calais-departementet i Hauts-de-France-regionen i Frankrig.
Vitry-en-Artois ligger omkring 20 kilometer nordøst for Arras, ved krydset mellem N50, D39 og D42 vejene. Floden Scarpe løber gennem byen, som også betjenes af SNCF-jernbanen. Det tyske flyvefelt fra Anden Verdenskrig blev senere benyttet af amerikanerne, og efter krigen blev det taget i brug kommercielt som det lokale lufthavnsområde.
