Fouday er en fransk kommune beliggende i den administrative kreds Bas-Rhin og, siden 1. januar 2021, i området af den europæiske samfundsregion Alsace, i regionen Grand Est.
Den var fusioneret med de nærliggende lokaliteter Waldersbach, Belmont og Bellefosse for at danne Ban-de-la-Roche, baseret på et historisk område. Genoprettet i sin uafhængighed den 1. januar 1992, har denne vosgiske landsby i mellemfjeldet integreret forskellige strukturer for interkommunalt samarbejde: SIVOM i 1980, derefter distrikt, og til sidst, fællesskabet af kommuner i Vallée de la Bruche.
