Denne runde bygning stammer fra det 19. århundrede (1806-1819) og har en jern- og glaskuppel. Planerne blev lavet af Jacques Mercier. Bygningen blev påbegyndt i 1806, og i 1812 blev den taget i brug af kornhandlerne til kommercielle formål. Der var 32 stalde og rum. I det 19. århundrede blev bygningen ramt af en kraftig storm og en brand. Under Første Verdenskrig fungerede bygningen som et lazaret. I 1992 begyndte man restaureringen af hallen. Bygningen bruges i dag til udstillinger af forskellig art.
