Katedralen i Bayonne eller Katedralen Sankt Maria er en romersk-katolsk gotisk katedral i Bayonne i Frankrig. Det var tidligere katedralen for biskoppen af Bayonne, og det er i dag katedralen for biskoppen af Bayonne, Lescar og Oloron.
På stedet for den nuværende katedral stod tidligere en romansk kirke. Denne blev ødelagt to gange af brand, i 1258 og 1310. Byggeriet af den nuværende kirke begyndte i det 13. århundrede og var færdigt i det 17. århundrede, med undtagelse af tårnene, som stammer fra det 19. århundrede. Katedralen er blevet restaureret og renoveret af den 19. århundredes arkitekt Émile Boeswillwald, en elev af Eugène Viollet-le-Duc.
