Sankt Georgs bykirke er ved siden af Sankt Nikolaus kirke den mest betydningsfulde sakrale bygning i byen Haguenau. Kirken har været monument historique siden 1848.
Den romanske kirke blev påbegyndt under Staufer-hertug Friedrich II. af Schwaben og erstattede et ældre romansk kapel. I 1143 gav biskop Burchhard I. af Strasbourg tilladelse til opførelsen af kirken, der blev færdiggjort i 1189. Dens form minder mere om den romanske arkitektur præget af Hirsau i Schwaben end om den oberrheinske-elsassiske romanik, hvor den kuppelformede søkketabernakel dominerer. Den nærmeste slægtning kan betragtes som klosterkirken Schwarzach på den modsatte side af Rhinen. I det ydre er langhuset opdelt af lisenser og rundbuefriser.
