Petit Palais er et museum i Paris, Frankrig.
Museet blev bygget til verdensudstillingen i 1900 af arkitekten Charles Girault og ligger på Avenue Winston-Churchill.
Musée des Beaux-Arts de la Ville de Paris har siden 1902 været indkvarteret i Petit Palais.
På museet er der en stor samling af gammel og moderne kunst, herunder malerier af franske kunstnere fra det 19. og 20. århundrede. Der hænger også malerier af flamske kunstnere fra det 15. århundrede og italiensk renæssanceværk af Botticelli, Mantegna og Cima da Conegliano.
