Petit Palais is een museum in Parijs, Frankrijk.
Het museum werd gebouwd voor de wereldtentoonstelling van 1900 door de architect Charles Girault en ligt aan de Avenue Winston-Churchill.
Het Musée des Beaux-Arts de la Ville de Paris is sinds 1902 gevestigd in Petit Palais.
In het museum is een grote verzameling oude en moderne kunst, er zijn onder andere schilderijen van Franse kunstenaars uit de 19e en de 20e eeuw. Ook hangen er schilderijen van Vlaamse kunstenaars uit de 15e eeuw en Italiaans renaissancewerk van Botticelli, Mantegna en Cima da Conegliano.
