Guienne College var en skole, der blev grundlagt i 1533 i Bordeaux. Collegiet blev kendt for undervisningen i de frie kunster mellem årene 1537 og 1571, og tiltrak studerende som Michel de Montaigne.
I 1533 indkaldte Jurade i Bordeaux lærere fra Flandern og Paris for at oprette Collège de Guyenne. Den 15. juli 1534 blev André de Gouveia, dengang rektor for Universitetet i Paris for kunstkollegiet, inviteret til at være rektor og blev givet fuld frihed til at modernisere det gamle college i overensstemmelse med renæssancens humanisme-idealer.
