Kirken Saint-Aubin er en toulousiansk kirke, som ligger i det populære kvarter Saint-Aubin-Dupuy, øst for den historiske bykerne. Massiv og uden tårn blev denne kirke bygget fra 1847 af arkitekten Jean-Marie-Thérèse-Auguste Delort på en gammel kirkegård i en stil, der kombinerer gotiske, romanske og byzantinske kunstformer. Det er det største religiøse byggeprojekt i det 19. århundrede i Toulouse. Den blev åbnet i 1853.
