De Sint-Aubin kerk is een Toulouse kerk die zich bevindt in de populaire wijk Saint-Aubin-Dupuy, ten oosten van het historische centrum van de stad. Massief en zonder toren, werd deze kerk gebouwd vanaf 1847 door de architect Jean-Marie-Thérèse-Auguste Delort op een oude begraafplaats in een stijl die de gothic, romaanse en Byzantijnse kunsten verenigt. Het is de grootste religieuze bouwproject van de 19e eeuw in Toulouse. Ze werd geopend in 1853.
