Aubrives har i mere end 400 år været en bryggeriby. Brygningen stoppede under Anden Verdenskrig. Siden maj 2022 er bryggeaktiviteten på stedet genoptaget, og der tilbydes nu et udvalg af håndværksøl til salg direkte på stedet. Kun til salg.
