Dette 27 m2 store studio ligger på 3. sal i en smuk villa i hjertet af Luchon. Villa Pyrène ligger midt på alléen des Bains, som forbinder termiske bade med casinoet i Luchon, og er et tidligere rejsehotel, der blev bygget i midten af det 19. århundrede. I hotellets gårdhave er der bygget to terrasseformede overdækkede verandaer i kunstfærdigt støbejern. Den ene af dem er lejlighedens private terrasse, som er indrettet med smukke havemøbler. En balkon er også udstyret med et lille havebord og to stole.
