Aurélie PECHER, som er begejstret for sit erhverv, giver sin stilling som ?nolog/Kellermeister op for at blive vinproducent i Monbazillac (syd for Bergerac) i Périgord-Dordogne.
På sin næsten 11 ha store bedrift producerer hun med passion Monbazillac, rød, roséfarvet, tør Bergerac og Côtes de Bergerac Moelleux. Bedriften har siden 2022 været økologisk certificeret og har siden 2020 været HVE3-certificeret (Haute valeur environnementale).
På vingården tilbydes der flere aktiviteter omkring vin og vinstokke for familier eller grupper. Dette inkluderer en rundvisning på vingården, 1 Escape Game og et kæmpe Cluedo i vinmarkerne samt et spil for børn i form af en skattejagt i vinmarkerne. Hun tilbyder også picnics midt i vinmarkerne.
Derudover er der en camperplads og et hus, der snart vil blive omdannet til et feriehus.
