På menuen: tapas af charcuteri fra Lahouratate eller ost fra Laiterie Paloise eller blandet. Alle grøntsager er ØKO, leveret af La Ferme d’à côté. Lokale øl vil glæde dine smagsløg, brygget af La Brasserie béarnaise & sammenslutningen af uafhængige vinproducenter, Java, vil lade dig opdage vinene fra sydvest. Alle kager er hjemmelavede & med kærlighed, ledsaget af te Le Jardin Mademoiselle, en eksklusivitet i Pyrénées Atlantiques!
