Cowling er en landsby, valgkreds og civil sogn i Craven-distriktet i North Yorkshire, England. Det ligger på grænserne til de nærliggende grevskaber West Yorkshire og Lancashire.
Historisk set en del af West Riding of Yorkshire, er det en landsby bestående af 2.000 til 3.000 indbyggere, målt til 2.355 i folketællingen 2011. Landsbyen udvider sig på grund af nye boliger, der bliver bygget i midten af landsbyen. Cowling inkluderer en række tjenester til støtte for fællesskabet, herunder et landsbyhus, en folkeskole, butikker, en pub, en restaurant, en pizza takeaway og frisører. En gala afholdes i Cowling hvert år.
