Cowling ist ein Dorf, eine Wahlkreis und eine Gemeinde im Craven-Distrikt von North Yorkshire, England. Es liegt an der Grenze zu den angrenzenden Grafschaften West Yorkshire und Lancashire.
Historisch Teil des West Riding von Yorkshire, ist es ein Dorf mit 2.000 bis 3.000 Einwohnern, die 2011 bei 2.355 ermittelt wurden. Das Dorf wächst aufgrund neuer Wohnbebauungen in der Mitte des Dorfes. Cowling bietet eine Vielzahl von Dienstleistungen zur Unterstützung der Gemeinschaft, einschließlich eines Dorfgemeindehauses, einer Grundschule, Geschäften, einem Pub, einem Restaurant, einem Pizza-Lieferservice und Friseuren. Jedes Jahr findet in Cowling eine Gala statt.
