Hucclecote er en forstad i Gloucestershire, Storbritannien, som omfatter et distrikt i byen Gloucester. Den er placeret i udkanten af byen, mellem Barnwood og Brockworth, langs Ermin Way, en gammel romersk vej, der forbinder Gloucester med Cirencester og Cotswolds.
Hucclecote har været beboet siden oldtiden, og en romersk villa, der stammer fra det andet eller tredje århundrede e.Kr., er blevet fundet i Hucclecote.
