Speen er en landsby og civil parish i West Berkshire, England. Centreret 2 miles nordvest for den største by i distriktet, Newbury, har Speen klyngede bosættelser, hvoraf den største er Speen landsby, og de andre er adskilt fra byen af A34 vejen og hedder Bagnor, Stockcross, Woodspeen og Marsh Benham. Dens øvrige land er en omtrent ligelig blanding af skovområder og landbrugsmarker og varierer meget i højde, idet Reading til Taunton-linjen går langs den nordlige bred af floden Kennet som sin sydlige grænse og begge bredder af floden Lambourn i nord med forhøjet terræn imellem. Benham Park i sydvest for området er en fredet landskabshave og hus.
