Y Felinheli, tidligere kendt på engelsk som Port Dinorwic, er en landsby og samfund ved Menai Strait mellem Bangor og Caernarfon i Gwynedd, nordvestlige Wales.
Etymologisk stammer navnet fra det walisiske y, der betyder "den", melin, der betyder "molle", og heli, der betyder "sæbevand/saltvand/hav". En alternativ fortolkning er fra Y Felin Heulyn, "møllen ved Floden Heulyn", som henviser til floden, der løber ind i landsbyen.
