Woolsthorpe Manor i Woolsthorpe-by-Colsterworth, nær Grantham, Lincolnshire, England, er fødestedet og familien hjemmet til Sir Isaac Newton. Han blev født der den 25. december 1642. På det tidspunkt var det en gård, primært til at holde får.
Newton vendte tilbage hertil i 1666, da Universitetet i Cambridge lukkede på grund af pesten, og udførte mange af sine mest berømte eksperimenter her, især sit arbejde med lys og optik. Dette skulle også være stedet, hvor Newton, da han så et æble falde fra et træ, blev inspireret til at formulere sin lov om universel gravitation.
