Sheepwash Kanal forbinder floden Thames mod vest og Castle Mill Stream ved Oxford Canal mod øst, i vestlige Oxford, England. Mod nord ligger Cripley Meadow og Fiddler's Island. Mod syd ligger Osney Island og Botley Road.
Cherwell Valley Line og Cotswold Line krydser kanalen lige nord for Oxford jernbanestation på Sheepwash Kanal jernbanebro. Lige mod øst ligger Rewley Road svævebro, en svævebro til den tidligere Buckinghamshire jernbanelinje fra London og North Western Railway, som tidligere betjente Oxford Rewley Road jernbanestation, som lå på stedet for Saïd Business School. Rewley Road broen krydser også Sheepwash Kanal.
