Il Sheepwash Channel collega il fiume Tamigi a ovest e il Castle Mill Stream accanto al canale di Oxford a est, nell'ovest di Oxford, Inghilterra. A nord si trovano Cripley Meadow e Fiddler's Island. A sud ci sono Osney Island e la Botley Road.
La Cherwell Valley Line e la Cotswold Line attraversano il canale appena a nord della stazione ferroviaria di Oxford sul Sheepwash Channel Railway Bridge. Appena a est, c'è il Rewley Road Swing Bridge, un ponte girevole per la precedente linea ferroviaria del Buckinghamshire di Londra e North Western Railway, che serviva la stazione ferroviaria di Oxford Rewley Road, situata nel sito della Saïd Business School. Il Rewley Road Bridge attraversa anch'esso il Sheepwash Channel.
