A20 er en vej i County Down i Nordirland. Den strækker sig fra Belfast til Newtownards og videre til Portaferry.
Vejens begyndelse er Newtownards Road ved krydset ved Bridge End tæt på Belfasts bymidte, og vejen løber i en østlig retning gennem øst Belfast. De tidlige dele af vejen er hovedsageligt arbejderklasse-protestantiske distrikter med stærke bånd til det nærliggende Harland & Wolff værft. Efter krydset med Holywood Road bliver den Upper Newtownards Road og kommer ind i middelklasseområderne Ballyhackamore, Knock og Stormont, hvor den passerer Parlamentsbygningerne.
