De A20 is een weg in County Down in Noord-Ierland. Hij loopt van Belfast naar Newtownards en verder naar Portaferry.
Beginning als de Newtownards Road bij het kruispunt van Bridge End dicht bij het stadscentrum van Belfast, loopt de weg in oostelijke richting door het oosten van Belfast. De vroegste delen van de weg zijn voornamelijk arbeidersklasse Protestantse wijken met sterke banden met de nabijgelegen scheepswerf Harland & Wolff. Na het kruispunt met de Holywood Road wordt het de Upper Newtownards Road en komt het in de middenklassegebieden van Ballyhackamore, Knock en Stormont, waar het langs de Parlementsgebouwen gaat.
