Floden Tas er en flod, der flyder nordpå gennem South Norfolk i England - mod Norwich. Området er opkaldt efter floden og kaldes Tas Valley. Navnet på floden er tilbageformet fra navnet på landsbyen Tasburgh.
Biebække, der har deres kilder ved Hempnall og Carleton Rode, samles ved Tasburgh. Floden fortsætter derfra gennem Newton Flotman og Smockmill Common. I Shotesham Park deler floden sig i to kanaler, som genforenes lige over Shotesham ford. Poolen her er et populært sted om sommeren til at plaske, svømme og fiske. Fra Shotesham flyder floden nordpå gennem Stoke Holy Cross, Dunston, Caistor St Edmund, Markshall og Arminghall. Den møder floden Yare ved Trowse - lige syd for Norwich.
