Il fiume Tas è un fiume che scorre verso nord attraverso il South Norfolk in Inghilterra - verso Norwich. L'area è chiamata Valle del Tas in onore del fiume. Il nome del fiume è stato ricavato dal nome del villaggio di Tasburgh.
I tributari che hanno le loro sorgenti a Hempnall e Carleton Rode si uniscono a Tasburgh. Il fiume scorre poi attraverso Newton Flotman e Smockmill Common. Nel Shotesham Park il fiume si divide in due canali che si riuniscono poco sopra il guado di Shotesham. La piscina qui è un luogo popolare in estate per i giochi d'acqua, il nuoto e la pesca. Da Shotesham il fiume scorre verso nord attraverso Stoke Holy Cross, Dunston, Caistor St Edmund, Markshall e Arminghall. Si unisce al fiume Yare a Trowse - poco a sud di Norwich.
