Der Fluss Tas ist ein Fluss, der nach Norden durch South Norfolk in England fließt - in Richtung Norwich. Die Gegend wird nach dem Fluss Tas Valley genannt. Der Name des Flusses ist zurückgebildet aus dem Namen des Dorfes Tasburgh.
Die Nebenflüsse, die ihre Quellen in Hempnall und Carleton Rode haben, vereinigen sich bei Tasburgh. Der Fluss fließt dann weiter durch Newton Flotman und Smockmill Common. Im Shotesham Park teilt sich der Fluss in zwei Kanäle, die sich kurz oberhalb der Shotesham-Ford wieder vereinigen. Der Pool hier ist im Sommer ein beliebter Ort zum Paddeln, Schwimmen und Angeln. Von Shotesham fließt der Fluss nach Norden durch Stoke Holy Cross, Dunston, Caistor St Edmund, Markshall und Arminghall. Er mündet bei Trowse in den Fluss Yare - ganz südlich von Norwich.
