De rivier Tas is een rivier die naar het noorden stroomt door Zuid-Norfolk in Engeland - richting Norwich. Het gebied is vernoemd naar de Tas-vallei, naar de rivier. De naam van de rivier is teruggevormd van de naam van het dorp Tasburgh.
Zijrivieren die hun bronnen hebben in Hempnall en Carleton Rode komen samen bij Tasburgh. De rivier stroomt daarna verder door Newton Flotman en Smockmill Common. In Shotesham Park splitst de rivier in twee kanalen die net boven de Shotesham ford weer samenkomen. Het water hier is een populaire locatie in de zomer voor peddelen, zwemmen en vissen. Vanaf Shotesham stroomt de rivier naar het noorden door Stoke Holy Cross, Dunston, Caistor St Edmund, Markshall en Arminghall. Hij komt samen met de rivier Yare bij Trowse - net ten zuiden van Norwich.
