Drakes Leat, også kendt som Plymouth Leat, var en vandkanal bygget i slutningen af det 16. århundrede for at tappe floden Meavy på Dartmoor, England, hvorfra den løb 17,5 miles for at forsyne Plymouth med vand. Den begyndte på et punkt, der nu er under vand ved Burrator Reservoir, hvorfra dens rute nu fremkommer omkring 10m lavere end det typiske reservoir vandniveau. Det var en af de første kommunale vandforsyninger i landet.
Leatet blev først foreslået i 1560, men blev ikke kortlagt før i 1576, da ruten blev besluttet. På grund af nødvendigheden af at følge konturerne var længden af ligeledes 17,5 miles.
