De Tabular Hills er en øst-vest linje af distinkte bakker på den sydlige grænse af North York Moors, der strækker sig fra Scarborough i øst til Black Hambleton i vest. Navnet refererer til deres flade, tabulære topper, som er sammensat af hård Corallian kalksten, der lokalt er kendt som "nabs". De danner den nordlige grænse for Vale of Pickering.
Stejl-sidede flodbedsdale bryder igennem Tabular Hills for at danne en brudt række af tabletformede bakker. Den mest distinkte funktion ved disse er deres nordlige skrænt, som stiger til 200 ft over heden mod nord. I den vestlige ende, forbi floden Rye, går de sammen med de nord-sydgående Hambleton Hills, som har en lignende geologisk basis.
