One Churchill Place er en 156 m høj skyskraber med 32 etager, der fungerer som hovedkvarter for Barclays Bank. Den ligger i Docklands-området i London Borough of Tower Hamlets i Canary Wharf. Bygningen er den 13. højeste kontorbygning i Storbritannien og den sjette højeste bygning i Docklands.
Bygningen blev officielt åbnet i juni 2005 af formanden for Barclays, Matthew Barrett, og samlede Barclays-kontorerne i London i en bygning. Det tidligere hovedkvarter var på 54 Lombard Street i City of London.
