One Churchill Place is een 156 m hoge wolkenkrabber met 32 verdiepingen, die dient als het hoofdkantoor van Barclays Bank. Het ligt in het Docklands-gebied van de London Borough of Tower Hamlets in Canary Wharf. Het gebouw is het 13e hoogste kantoorgebouw in het Verenigd Koninkrijk en het zesde hoogste gebouw in de Docklands.
Het gebouw werd formeel geopend in juni 2005 door de voorzitter van Barclays, Matthew Barrett, en voegde de Barclays-kantoren in Londen samen in één gebouw. Het voormalige hoofdkantoor was gevestigd op 54 Lombard Street in de City of London.
